Why is the free tier so generous? What's the catch?
No catch. Lifr core — tasks, energy state, reflections, the plant, and basic household task visibility — stays free. The Household tier ($25/mo) adds coordination intelligence: shared pools, fairness tracking, and auto-distribution. Pro ($8/mo) is the AI intelligence layer on top of core. We'd rather you live in the free product for as long as it serves you, and pay for intelligence only when it genuinely earns it.
What's actually live today?
Lifr core (free) is live. Pro is in active use. Household is in active development and rolling out to waitlist members first. We mark "coming soon" honestly; if you're reading this and something still says coming soon, it isn't ready yet.
Can I switch tiers any time?
Yes — monthly, yearly, both directions. Going down never deletes your data. Going up is prorated. No retention emails or guilt trips. If you cancel, we wish you well.
Are intro prices locked in if I sign up now?
Yes. Whatever rate you sign up at, stays. Forever. No surprise increases, no lifetime tier sleight-of-hand. If we raise prices in the future, you're grandfathered at whatever you joined at.
Do you have student or low-income pricing?
Yes — email hello@lifr.global from any edu address or tell us honestly what you can pay. We don't interrogate. Nobody's been turned down yet.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your tasks, history, reflections all stay on the free tier. The intelligence features just stop running. You keep your data. We don't "read-only" or hold it hostage.
